About Us

We started our laundry pick up and delivery service because we saw a need for it. We own a residential cleaning service and we saw that we, as well as our customers, were in need of a handy laundry service that would clean our laundry well and be available when we needed it. When we didn't find a satisfactory service we decided to create our own. We hope that this service will be beneficial to our community and save our customers lots of time every week.

Your clean clothes will be returned to you the next day. If you need them back the same day there is an additional fee for same day delivery.

Yes, we sort all laundry into whites and darks.

You can get your clothes back the same day for an additional fee and the clothes must be picked up before 10:00 a.m.

If you can put something in your washing machine, our team can likely do the same. We cannot accept items with bodily fluids from humans or pets, bedbugs, lice, poison ivy /oak oils, hazardous chemical residue, specialty care clothing items, wedding dresses, costumes, hats / headwear or shoes. 

You can choose between liquid Gain, Tide, Downy, Suavitel fabric softener. For dryer sheets we offer Gain, Snuggle and Bounce.

If you place delicate items in the bag we will not wash them.

We do keep a look out for obvious stains and we treat those, but we can't catch everything. We recommend pre treating a stubborn stain before bringing it to us.

We provide you with a free bag on your first order. Place your clothes in a trash bag your first order and your clean clothes will come back to you in one of our Laundry Crew laundry bags. 

There is a section when you place your order where you can input any special instructions. By default we wash whites and light colors in warm, and dark colors in cold.
